Availability: All back issues from 1926 to the present are in print but : Vols. 5:2(Apr 1930), 6:3(July 1931), 8:4(Oct 1933), 13:1(Jan 1938), 28:4(Oct 1953), 34:1(Jan 1959) 51:2(Apr 1976) Prices (not including postage and handling):   Single issue: $25.00   Orders of 5 - 50 issues: $15.00 per issue   Orders of 51 - 99 issues:: $12.50 per issue   Orders of 100 or more issues: $10.00 per issue

Conditions:
The Academy requires prepayment for orders of four or more books. Shipping and handling fees will be waived if order is pre-paid. All payments must be made by check in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank. Credit cards will only be accepted from non-U.S. customers.
